Microwave Keto Coconut Bread | Keto Bread

Microwave Keto Coconut Bread is so easy to make and it makes a great sandwich bread for breakfast. It is so low in carbs(2.5 gms) and approx 200 calories, perfect for Keto.

I will be honest here, this bread is soft and can hold a perfect sandwich and gets toasted well BUT it will not taste exactly like a bread you used to eat(made from flour). This is a great replacement for those who need to have low carbs or on Keto diet. So do not judge and compare it to regular bread.

I do not like counting my calories and crunching the numbers but in keto you cannot avoid it, so here are the macros for reference 🙂
