Dosa or Savory Crepes are a staple in a south Indian household, be it for breakfast lunch dinner or as a snack. Usually dosa is made of urad dal and rice and it is delicious. I want to make this recipe to a new level to meet my protein needs. I added a range of dals/lentils to make this more nutritious and delicious. It is extremely simple to make just soak and grind the batter and No FERMENTATION…!! Isn’t it great that there is no fermentation needed. All the ingredients mentioned are easily available at Indian Grocery. Also the exciting thing is this is completely vegan recipe, yay..!! I used Ghee to roast and vegans can substitute oil for Ghee.
