Little story on the pictures in this recipe. Well like any other day I am so excited to take the pictures so that I could devour the brownies. Actually, this is my life story like many other food bloggers. Waiting till the pictures are taken ..urghhh.. so killing. But anyways I was in such a hurry to take out the brownie sheet out of the pan, and yes as you can see from picture, it fell and broke. So I couldn’t get the best picture but I promise I will make another batch soon and post my best pictures 🙂
I like to make these brownies ahead and freeze them. Pop them out for a snack or even serve them for guests on a busy day. If you have little one’s at home then these will be the best treats for them. Make these fudgy moist brownies and surprise them 🙂
If you like Mango, then you might like these mango semolina cake that is super delicious.Â
Use high quality cocoa powder for the recipe to get the best result. I used Lily’s Stevia sweetened chocolate chips in order to cut down the sugar in the recipe but you can definitely use milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.Â

Fudgy Moist Brownies recipe | Best Homemade and Easy.!
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 1 cup All purpose flour or Maida
- 1 cup Butter (melted, at room temperature)
- 1/8 cup Oil (flavorless oil )
- 1.25 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Dark Brown sugar
- 4 medium Eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (can add more if desired. )
- 1.5 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
-
Preheat the oven to 350F
-
Grease a brownie pan and keep aside. I used a parchment paper.
-
Mix sugar and melted butter very well. Add eggs one by one and mix well to combine.
-
The mixture will get a lighter color as you mix. Now add vanilla extract and mix again.
-
Sift/Sieve cocoa powder, flour and salt together ino the bowl.
-
GENTLY fold in the flour so that it becomes just wet. Do not over mix.
-
Basically mix few times until there is no dry flour.
-
Now add in the chocolate chips and give a final fold in.
-
pour the brownie batter into the pan and add more chocolate chips on the top if desired.
-
Bake in the top rack for 25-30 minutes or until the center just sets in and doesn’t jiggle around. Shake the pan, if it jiggles then you need to cook for few more minutes.
-
For the fudgiest brownies, if you insert a toothpick it should be slightly dirty.
-
Brownies will keep cooking even after turning off the oven. So the trick is to not to overcook them.
-
Let them cool completely before devouring them, you saw my above picture right? clearly I do not have the patience LOL
- Do not overcook them, it will taste more like cake than a brownie.Â
- Don’t over mix the batter once you add the flour.Â
- Depending on the oven and pan size adjust the cooking times as needed.Â
- I used a 9 in x 9 in square brownie pan
