Keto Low carb Salad | Healthy Weightloss Salad

If you are on Keto/Low carb diet and love salads then you will love this delicious and quick Keto Low carb Salad. This salad is crunchy,tasty and has heart healthy fats from Avocado and Pine nuts. This has been my go to salad on Keto diet as it is so easy to put together. 

Try my 2 minutes Avocado Pine nut Salad

Macros from (Onions, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, Avocado) 

Calories – 199

Net carbs – 9.5 gms 

Protein – 4.3 gms

Fat – 14.2 gms

The recipe makes 2 servings and each has only 4.25 net carbs with only 99.5 calories. * I didn’t add macros of lime juice,cilantro as I just used very small quantities. Also didn’t add pine nuts as they are optional. 

If you are tight on carbs then skip onions as they have high net carbs. 

You can add any low carb greens to this Salad, I like lettuce as it is crunchy but you can certainly add Kale, Baby Spinach, Arugula etc. Also I didn’t add any Olive oil to the salad as I got enough fats from Avocado but you can definitely add Olive oil if you wish to.

Keto Low carb Salad | Healthy Weightloss Salad

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 tbsps Onion (finely chopped)
  • 6-8 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 tbsps Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Peeled Cucumber (cut into small pieces)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Pine nuts ((optional))
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. 

  2. Adjust the Seasonings if needed. 

  3. Serve Immediately.!

  1. If you don’t have availability to Avocado then you can add boiled egg or roasted Paneer/Tofu. 
  2. Pine nuts are optional. They give a nice crunch
