Spinach Mushroom Curry

I am not a mushroom fan and I don’t eat them at all but my husband likes them so I often cook mushrooms at home for him. So as he requested I combined all his three favorite ingredients and made Instant pot Spinach Mushroom Curry.

I made this Instant pot Spinach Mushroom Curry spicy however you can always adjust the spiceness to your taste buds. Serve this delicious curry with you favorite rice or bread of choice. Tip : Use pre cut veggies to save prep time.
