Keto Avocado Ice cream | Keto Fat bomb popsicles | Vegetarian keto

I have been craving ice cream and came up with delicious and easy Keto Avocado Ice cream. This Ice cream is a simple 4 ingredient ice cream and super delicious. 

I put this ice cream into popsicles as I will have portion control when eating the ice cream but you can put in a ice cream container as well. Since we didn’t use any ice cream machine or other additives, this ice cream will be hard when taken out from freezer, so you need to thaw for 20 -25 minutes to scoop out the ice cream. For popsicles just thaw for  5- 10 minutes. 

Macros (from Avocado and Heavy Cream) 

Total calories – 1297.8

Net carbs – 15.3 gms

Fat – 131 gms

Protein – 14.44 gms

I approximately got 6 popsicles + 1/3rd of a container .. I can say its around 8 popsicles. So each popsicle has 162.2 calories , 16.375 gms of fat, 1.8 gm protein and 1.91 gm net carbs 🙂 

You can customize this Ice cream with berries like strawberries or Blueberries, but I just kept it simple to maintain the net carbs. 

This is such a great recipe to try if you are on Keto diet and craving for ice cream or do not like to eat avocados or just want some fat bomb desserts. You can eat for breakfast instead of bullet proof coffee or eat in the night for a sneaky guilt free dessert. 

 

Even though we didn’t add any lime/lemon juice the Ice cream didn’t go black and has a super nice green color but you can add lime or lemon juice if you prefer it.

Keto Avocado Ice cream or Popsicles

  • 3 medium Avocados
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream ((or coconut cream))
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol or sweetener of choice.
  1. Take a blender and grind the Erythritol( I use this) into fine powder. 

  2. Now blend all the ingredients together into smooth ice cream mixture. 

  3. Put the ice cream mixture into popsicle molds or ice cream container.

  4. Freeze for 8 hours or over night.

  5. When serving thaw the Popsicles for 5-10 min and ice cream for 20 -25 minutes. 

  1. You can add favorite toppings like shaved dark chocolate, sugar free chocolate/caramel syrup or fresh berries. 
  2. each popsicle has 162.2 calories , 16.375 gms of fat, 1.8 gm protein and 1.91 gm net carbs
