Keto Chili Paneer is a simple and super tasty recipe made with Paneer. It is an Indo chinese fusion and you can add any low carb veggies to it. Paneer is Indian cottage cheese.
Regularly corn starch, tomato paste/ketchup and deep fried paneer in flour are used for the recipe but today I will show you how to do it low carb without all those ingredients. Low carb vegetable like capsicum(bell pepper),green beans,cauliflower,broccoli, zucchini etc can be used as well.

Keto Chili Paneer
- 140 gms Paneer (cubed)
- 50 gms or Half of a small onion (cubed)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 splash Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili sauce ( I used chings brand) (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Sugar free tomato ketchup or paste
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Cilantro or Coriander (to garnish)

Take a wok and add butter, let it melt.

Add garlic and fry for a minute.

Add onions and fry for 2 minutes. Next add Paneer and fry till Paneer turns golden

Add black pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato paste/ketchup. ( I used salsa instead of tomato paste). Mix well.

Fry for 2 minutes.

Garnish with Cilantro and serve hot.
- I didnt add extra salt as the soy sauce and chili sauce has enough. You can add to your taste.
