Keto Garlic Bread Bites | Keto bread

I love garlic bread from pizza stores like Domino’s or pizza hut and I miss them very much on Keto diet. So here is a recipe for Keto Garlic Bread Bites.

You can make this under 20 minutes and it is very filling too.. just 2 of the bites made me full for almost 4 hours.

Macros (from almond flour and Mozzarella Cheese)

Fat – 37 gms

Net Carbs – 6.6 gms

Protein – 28 gms

Total Calories – 471.4,

and each piece of bread bite has only 1.65 net carbs with only 117.85 calories. * I didn’t add macros of garlic and Parmesan as I just used very small quantities.

You can serve these Garlic bread bites with low carb marinara sauce, cheese dips, or chutneys. They taste best when they are served Hot.! You can always reheat them for 2 mins in preheated oven. 

You can add any spices to your taste in the bread bites like oregano, basil etc. Make them as appetizers or fun snacks for a party or gathering. 

For convenience you can make them in bulk and freeze them. Whenever you want to have them then you can reheat them in oven or air fryer.

Keto Garlic Bread Bites

  • 1/3 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except seasoning and parmesan)

  2. Pop the bowl into the microwave till all the cheese is melted. you can do this step in a double boiler if you don’t have microwave

  3. Mix everything well to form a dough.

  4. When the mixture is warm enough to handle, break into bite sized pieces and roll them to desired shape.

  5. Place the pieces on a greased aluminum foil. Top the pieces with seasoning and parmesan cheese. 

  6. Bake them in Oven or air fryer at 400 F for 8 to 10 mins, till they are golden on the crust. I made them in Air fryer.

  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce or dip of choice.
